Applications: Used for internal rough boring to ensure dimensional stability, and high accuracy.

Features

  • A twin-insert balanced design and Serrated design that minimizes vibration and enhances chip breaking, making it ideal for heavy cutting operations. The center coolant system ensures stable cooling and longer tool life. It supports both Balanced Cutting (AA type) and Stepped Cutting (AB type) for different machining needs. ZACK20–ZACK90 covers boring range Ø20–Ø120 mm. Diameter adjustment is simple and precise, requiring only one wrench.
