  • ER collet chuck holder offers widely and high flexibility for machining applications. Spring collet design enables clamping of various tools, including drills, reamers, end mills and taps.
  • ER series is available in ER16/ER20/ER25/ER32 and ER40 specifications to accommodate different tool sizes. Optional accessories include power ball bearing nut, high speed bearing nut and wrench, further enhancing rigidity and various application.

ER Collet-Standard Type: ER08~ ER20 suggested clamping range should be 0.5mm, ER25~ER40 suggested clamping range should be 1mm, ER50 suggested clamping range should be 2mm.


ER Collet-CL- Coolant Type: ER16-CL, ER20-CL, ER25-CL, ER32-CL, and ER40-CL.


ER Collet-JCL- Jet Coolant Type: ER16-JCL, ER20-JCL, ER25-JCL, and ER32-JCL.


ER Collet-E- For End Mill: ER16E, ER20E, ER25E, ER32E.


ER Collet-GB -For Tap Collet: ER16GB, ER20GB, ER25GB, ER32GB, ER40GB.

ER nut is designed with 4 types to choose:

  1. Standard Nut: CN11, CN16, CN20, CN25, CN32, CN40, CN50.
