Features

  • ACK-SD Silent Damping Holder features an integrated damping mechanism designed to significantly reduce vibration during deep boring operations. It supports coolant-through applications and is suitable for cutting depths up to 6D. The boring head and inserts are ordered separately, and the use of any extension holder is not recommended to maintain optimal damping performance. With improved machining stability and superior finish, the ACD-SD is ideal for high-performance deep boring tasks.

Its coolant-through design enhances chip evacuation and heat dissipation, ensuring consistent machining performance even at extended boring depths.
    Users should verify the D1 diameter with the required boring range to avoid interference and ensure dimensional accuracy.
