Applications: Used for internal rough boring to ensure dimensional stability, and high accuracy.

Features

  • ACK19~ACK90 are suitable for boring diameter Ø19 ~ Ø122 mm.
  • Adjust the boring size easily by adjust the two screws. 
  • ACK boring heads feature a center coolant design and offer two insert types to choose.
    Balanced Cutting: AA Type (both inserts at the same height)–For blind hole machining.
    Stepped Cutting: AB Type (inserts at different heights)–For through hole machining.
  • Please confirm the insert type (AA or AB) when ordering. Example: ACK68 (AA-C).
